Army troops repel Terrorists attack, killed Six, lost Three in Zamfara ambush

The Nigeria Army troops of Operation FANSAN YANMA have killed three terrorists and lost
three soldiers an ambush in Bungudu Local Government Area of Zamfara.
Zagazola learnt that the incident occurred when troops of Forward Operating Base (FOB) Lilo came under fire while extricating a bogged down vehicle at Fegin Rama.
It said reinforcement troops heading to the scene were also ambushed by the terrorists, resulting in a heavy gun battle.
In the ensued fire fighting, six terrorists were neutralised, while three soldiers paid the supreme price.
