Boko Haram attack repelled in Chibok, two injured

The troops of Operation HADIN KAI have successfully repelled attack by Boko Haram terrorists in Pemi Village in Chibok Local Government Area of Borno State.

Zagazola Makama gathered that the attack occurred at about 10:30 p.m. on Nov. 8. when gunmen sneaked into the village and shot and Mallam Bukar, 30, on the left leg, and Yama Sumai, 40, on the right hand.

The troops in collaboration with other security agencies as well as the Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF)/Hunters Group were swiftly mobilized to the scene and successfully repelled the attackers.

The injured victims were evacuated to General Hospital Yola in Adamawa State for treatment, where they are currently responding to care.
