Police rescue kidnapped colleague unhurt in Katsina

The police in Katsina has successfully rescued a police constable who was abducted by suspected armed bandits two months ago.
A sources told Zagazola Makama that a Police Constable Nura Ibrahim attached to Danmusa Division, was kidnapped by suspects along Danmusa to Yantumaki road at about 18:40 hours on April 15, 2025.
The sources said Constable Nura Ibrahim was rescued unhurt on June 16, 2025, at about 19:00 hours and subsequently taken to Danmusa General Hospital for medical evaluation and observation.
