Suspected Bandits Set Truck Ablaze in Katsina, Flee Scene

Suspected bandits attempted to block the Gazari-Kaya Road near Sabon Gida Village, Sabuwa LGA, Katsina State, on March 29, setting a lorry loaded with sugarcane on fire before fleeing. The incident occurred at about 10:37 p.m., sources told Zagazola.
Upon receiving intelligence about the blockade, security personnel were swiftly deployed to the area
However, on sighting the personnel, the hoodlums set the truck ablaze and escaped to an unknown destination.
