Tanker Explosion Recorded in Zaria

A tanker explosion has occurred in the Dan Magaji area of Zaria, Kaduna State.
Eyewitnesses told Zagazola that the incident happened on Sunday, sending thick plumes of smoke into the air and causing panic among residents and road users.
As of the time of filing this report, the number of casualties or fatalities had yet to be ascertained.
Authorities have advised motorists and pedestrians to avoid the affected route while emergency responders work to contain the situation.
Security agencies and fire service personnel have been deployed to the scene.
