Two Persons Abducted in Bauchi as Security Forces Launch Rescue Operation

Two persons have been abducted by suspected kidnappers in Nasarawa Gwaram, Alkaleri Local Government Area of Bauchi State.
The incident occurred at about 12:20 a.m. on Aug. 20, when troops of 33 Artillery Brigade, deployed at a Forward Operating Base in Alkaleri, responded to information about the kidnapping.
The troops, working alongside other security agencies and local vigilantes, mobilised to the area and confirmed that two victims had been abducted.
Security forces have commenced efforts to rescue the victims and apprehend the perpetrators.
Troops and other security personnel are currently conducting operations within the area to track the fleeing kidnappers and prevent further attacks.
