1 Division Holds Security Stakeholders Engagement in Kaduna

The Headquarters, 1 Division Nigerian Army has convened a Kaduna State Security Sector Stakeholders Engagement aimed at strengthening collaboration between security agencies and communities in addressing emerging security threats.

 

The engagement, themed “Joint Action for Safe Environment: Security Agencies and Communities Working Together,” brought together key stakeholders across the security architecture, government institutions, and community representatives.

 

Security sources said the objective of the meeting is to enhance synergy among stakeholders in order to pre-empt, identify, and mitigate security threats before they escalate in Kaduna State.

 

Participants are expected to deliberate on improved intelligence sharing, community engagement strategies, and coordinated responses to security challenges across the state.

 

The Division noted that sustained collaboration between security agencies and local communities remains critical to achieving lasting peace and stability in Kaduna and its environs.

 

The event is ongoing, with stakeholders expressing commitment to strengthening collective efforts toward improved security outcomes in the state.
