Bandits attack Shata Village, one injured in Chikun LGA

Armed bandits attacked Shata Village in Chikun Local Government Area, Kaduna State, at approximately 0200hrs on April 21, 2025, firing sporadically into the community.
Intelligence sources told Zagazola Makama that the attack left Moses Kure, a 40-year-old male from the village, injured with a gunshot wound to his right thigh.
Upon receiving the report, The Nigerian Army troops in collaboration with the police stormed to the scene. The victim was quickly transported to Barau Dikko Hospital in Kaduna, where he is currently receiving treatment and is reported to be in stable condition.
