Nigerian Army Kills 6 Terrorists During Clearance Operation In Borno

The Nigerian Army were reported to have killed 6 suspected Boko Haram or Islamic State of the West African Province (ISWAP), terrorists during clearance operations in the North East of Borno state, Zagazola Learnt.
The terrorists met their waterloo on Tuesday, April 26, during massive joint clearance Operations by the troops of 195 Battalion in conjunction with Civilian Joint Task(CJTF), Operation Hadin Kai at Kasha Kasha village In Mafa Local Government Area.
A Competent Military Sources, told Zagazola Makama, a Counter Insurgency Expert and Security Analyst in the Lake Chad that they were abled to carry out clearance operations, raids and patrols in Leje, Ladin Buta, Taula and Maasharafti.
The sources said that while in Kasha Kasha Village, they came in contact with some of the marauding terrorists, engaged in a fierce encounter which resulted in the killing of six of the criminals.
Item recovered included 2 AK 47 rifles , 1 G3 rifle, 2 Motor Cycles, 1 Techno phone and 1 Golf vehicle containing 5 gallons of PMS and other items.
The sources said that "No human and equipment casualty was recorded by own troops.
He added that In continuation of its clearance operations of the remnants of Boko Haram/ISWAP terrorists, troops of 7 Division, Operation Hadin Kai have been making tremendous progress in their various areas of operational responsibilities.
