Police arrest man with suspected human breast in Anambra

The Anambra State Police Command has arrested a 25-year-old man, Samuel Eze, for alleged unlawful possession of human body parts in Awada, Idemili North Local Government Area.

 

The suspect was apprehended after he was spotted by members of the local vigilante group parading a fresh chunk of flesh suspected to be a human female breast.

 

The incident occurred on Saturday, July 5, 2025, at about 3:30 p.m. in the Wisdom Community area of Awada.

 

“One Samuel Eze, aged 25, of No. 25 Jude Onyekwere Street, Awada, was seen with what appeared to be a fresh human breast,” said the sourced

 

The community’s vigilante operatives immediately alerted the police, who swiftly arrived at the scene and arrested the suspect.

 

During preliminary interrogation, Eze reportedly claimed that the body part was given to him by an unidentified “brother.”

 

The suspected human breast has been deposited at Borromeo Hospital Mortuary for preservation and pathological examination to ascertain its origin.
