Terrorist kidnapped 50 women in Burkina Faso

About 50 women were kidnapped by Armed Terrorist Groups about 15 kilometers from Aribinda (village of Liki) and in another locality located next to West of Aribinda, in the province of Soum in Burkina Faso. 

Sahel regional governor Lieutenant-Colonel Rodolphe Sorgho said in a statement that the women had went out in search of fruits, when they were ferried  away by the Armed terrorists between January 12 and 13, 2023.

Rodolphe Sorgho said that as soon as their disappearance was reported, As soon as their disappearance was announced, efforts were launched to find all of these innocent victims. 

The Governor of the Sahel Region expresses solidarity with families and reassures that the public authorities stand by their side in these particularly difficult times and remain committed to making every effort to ensure successful outcomes.
