THE BURKINA FASO KILLINGS OF NIGERIANS; SIGNALLING COLLAPSE OF A WEST AFRICAN REGIONAL SECURITY

In Commemoration of the Souls of 16 Nigerians Killed in Burkina Faso
Exacting seven days ago, precisely on Wednesday, 1st of February, 2023, a Convey of "Young Nigerian Muslim Scholars and Students", some of whom were even Workers under the ILO and United Nations Charter were on a Transit Routing through Burkina Fasso on their way to Senegal via Mali. The Group, numbering about a 100 plus passengers were tactically ambushed by a "Burkinabe Military Patrol Team" under an authorized and official Government Routine and 16 amongst them were instantly killed with no specific reason other than a "Diplomatic Provocation".
The callous incident if it was carried out by those "Terrorists Groups" who claimed to be Jihadist fighting the Burkinabe Government, the story could really have been a different one. Nevertheless, this was almost a "Calculated Complex Carnage" purposely intended to create a "Regional Row" amongst Sister-States.
*THE WISDOM IN CREATING ECOWAS*
Long before the conception, creation and final formation of the "Economic Community of the West African States" (ECOWAS) in 1973 under the watchful eye of the Peace-loving Nigerian Head of State, "General Yākubu Gowon", the Sub-Saharan Sub-Region of West African States has been a unified community of homogeneous and heterogeneous societies that evolved out of those several "Great Empires", from Old Ghana, to Songhay up to Kanem Borno that have flourished within the Great Region well over the last one thousand years.
The whole Sub-Region were as almost a "Single Siblings" living in nucleation of diverse settlements that now became Independent Sovereign States after the "Scramble and Partition of Africa" by European Colonial Masters.
Ecowas's importance is beyond the "Diplomatic Charter" that formed it, because the very "Roots" of those Millions of beautiful human beings living together as one united families for centuries have a common sense of reasoning. In fact almost each an everyone those Multifarious Societies believes in the oneness of their Goals and Objectives. They all believe that they are Africans whose Colour of their Skin doesn't really concerns them as they live together are in their "Black and Light Complexion". Thus the "White-lighted Skin Fulāni" in Mali sees the Charcoalled looking "Mandinga or Wolof" in the Sene-Gambia and the Guineas as his full-blood-brother whom he cares not to marry up his beautiful "Indian Skinned" looking daughter for an eternal matrimony.
Likewise, the Arab looking Half-cast "Bugājis or Būzāye" in the Niger Republic with all their extraordinarily Angelic Beautiful Women don't ever degrade in hurting or making sneers at the somewhat ugly looking "Black Hausaman" in Kano when signing a Marriage Contract with him. In fact same is the obtainable standard tradition of all Inter-Marriages amongst the diverse Peoples of the Sub-Saharan States for hundreds and hundreds of years.
The West African States have been "Trading Partners" whose Economic Interests have kept their Brotherhood Ties together firmly strong in such a way that they almost have "Diplomatic Missions" in existence hundreds of years before the Conventional Diplomacy Structure came into force far ahead of the European Union.
The House of "Yan Siringal" (Hausa corruption of Senegal) in Kano, the "Gidan Yan Salõ" (corruption of Sierra Leone) is still famous across Northern Nigeria. It was equally the same story in almost every West African city one visits.
Much more far beyond West Africa, Black Africans are closely linked with one another for ages. The Kanuris for instance were in their thousands in as far as Zaire (Congo), Uganda, Gabon and even into the Heart of Kigali. They married the Natives and raised families who are to this very day permanent indigents of those lands with the Swahili, Lingāla, French and Portuguese languages fluently on their tongues beyond Kanuri, Fulfulde and Hausa, their very Mother-tongues.
This was and is the core "African Union" that made the Continent what it is, a Continent of the most beautiful "Cultural Heritage" ever known in human history where the very First Civilisation of Mankind began. It was in fact the land of the "Pious Gentiles" whom the most Greatest of Men, "Prophet Muhammad" (SAW) believed in their courteous human relations, a mannerism that compelled him to sent Caravans of his "Oppressed Companions" (Sahābah) who were Persecuted by their own clan in Makkah to sake for a "Political Asylum" in the remotest Peaceful Abyssinian Empire under "King Negus", Peace be upon him.
*WHY MUST THE BURKINABE ARMY KILL PEACEFUL PASSENGERS?"*
The "Bilateral Agreement" between the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the Republic of Burkina Faso has been cordial for many years, and throughout history, there have been "Free Movement" of individuals, as Food Merchants, Herders and even hunters across their vast Sister-Borders, extending from the long Isthmus of Ghana to Ivory Coast back into the Niger Republic, stretching up Mali, to the Two Guineas, Gambia right into Senegal, and up to the crossing borders of Mauritania reaching closer to North Africa's Morocco, a Monarchy who is even Fancying a Membership of Ecowas.
The "Trans-Saharan Trade Route" has never been a Joke of history, it was indeed reckoned as a Divine Reality that kept the very foundations in the Proliferation of Perfect human relations amongst Peoples that constituted a Unique Moral and Cultural Values which everyone enjoys for hundreds of years.
Thus, the killing of those "16 Innocent Law" abiding Nigerians who were all holding their "Official Travel Documents", (the Unique Green Passports of course) was somehow a pre-planned atrocity. In fact the same Route was used for more than 80 years by the Disciples of "Sheikh Ibrāhīm Inyās Al-Kaolakïy" to reach to Senegal. It was on such "Scholarly Visitation" that the Late father of "Sheikh Ishāq Rābi'u", the Grandfather of the Billionaire Philanthropist, "Alh. Abdus-Samad Ishāq Rābi'u" (BUA) passed away in Mali returning from a visit he paid to his Teacher and Guide, Sheikh Ibrāhīm Inyās 69 years ago. His Grave, located in-between the Municipality of "Seugou and Hamdallāhi" was annually visited by Sheikh Ishāq Rābi'u to pray unto the Pious Soul of his "Father and Teacher", Late Mallam Rābi'u Dan-Tinke until he himself joined his ancestors.
The "Peaceful Peoples" of the Federal Republic of Nigeria are hereto asking;
(1) Why must the Burkinabe Army decide to open heavy fire on these "Poor Pilgrims of Pious Pupil-Ship" despite seeing their official statuses?
(2) Who gave the order for this cunning, Wicked and deceitful Manslaughter in Cool Blood?
(3) How many times, each an every year are Nigerians crossing Burkina Faso into Mali without "Let and Hindrance" and return back home in the fullest of safety despite all odds? Why must the killing happen today?
(4) Is the Burkinabe Government and its People ready to Punish all the Culprits involved in this "Mass Murder"? What are the Diplomatic moves behind, made in Payment & Redress of the necessary Compensation of their Precious Bloods?
*CALLING FOR PRESIDENT MUHAMMADU BUHĀRI'S URGENT ACTION*
At this crucial moment of Nigeria's historic challenges, the struggling period to repair many patches on its "Blessed Body", President Muhammadu Buhāri is now bottlenecked into solving one of the most difficult "Foreign Policy" that has crossed his office since he became the President. And the case is nothing but an "Intentional and Intended Manslaughter" channelled through official means and carried out by "Army Officers" who are responsible in safeguarding the lives and properties of individuals irrespective of who the identities of persons, and were so long as no sign of Insecurity has been alerted they are under Protection.
The "Tijjāniyyah Tarīqah" and its Millions of Adherents across the Sub-Saharan Region are known to be one of the most "Peaceful and Powerful" communities ever. The countries having "Tijjānis" as their Bonafide Citizens need not be told whom these Productive Followers are. They are in Government, in Business apart from the Scholarship Functions they were technically tasked to shoulder.
President Muhammadu Buhāri must as a matter of urgency summon all the authorities concern in doing the needful as Diplomacy demands.
"Tijjāni Nigerians" believe in President Muhammadu Buhāri's Stewardship as a highly respected Leader within and outside the West African Sub-Region. Therefore, the "Urgent Justice" expected to be fought for on behalf of the poor families of those Slain in Burkina Faso by Mr. President is definite to avoid a Sub-Regional Unrest.
The Tijjāniyyah Tarīqah has been at Peace with Humanity for hundreds of years. Hence "Tickling" its Followers for their Reaction at this Globalised Trying Time is not an advisable move for not only Black Africa alone, for indeed the aftermath for a Peaceful People who could no longer Persevere Persecution is detrimental to the entire humanity. History have recorded and living historians knew it very well that the Sūfis who have declared Jihād have always won their Wars. They aren't like Bõko Harām, Al-Shabaab, ISIS or Al-Qaeda who knew not the Cause they are Fighting. The Sūfis knew their Aims and Objectives, they were the Pedigrees of the "Solemn Salāhuddēen" (Saladin) who liberated Jerusalem restoring the Prestigious Sanctuary of Judaism, Christianity and Islām, and not those Evil Successors of the Monstrous "Salafi Shekau" who are killing their own People for nothing other than a Mysterious Ritual unto Lucifer.
