Troops arrest seven suspected drug peddlers in Warri

Troops of the Nigerian Army in collaboration with the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, on Wednesday conducted raid operations on suspected drug cartels within Warri Metropolis and surrounding areas of Delta State.
During the operations, the security team raided locations including Ugbomo, Uti, Jakpa Road, and Ugbuwangue, apprehending seven suspected drug peddlers.
Assorted illicit substances, including items suspected to be cannabis sativa, were recovered.
The suspects and the exhibits have been handed over to the NDLEA for further investigation and prosecution.
