Troops arrest terrorist’s wife in Zamfara, recover petrol

Troops of 1 Brigade have arrested a woman suspected to be aiding terrorists in Kanoma town, Zamfara State.

 

Sources told Zagazola  Makama that the woman, identified as Fatima Isah Ile, was arrested while hiding in an uncompleted building at the outskirts of Kanoma, where she was allegedly luring children to buy petroleum products for her.

 

Preliminary investigation revealed she is the wife of a known terrorist, Isah Ile. Three jerricans of petrol were recovered from her.

 

Sources said that suspect was handed over to the Department of State Services (DSS) for further action.
