Bandits demand compensation levies from 5 Zamfara communities after suffering defeat from military

Bandits have reportedly imposed a “compensation levy” of N5million on five communities in Tsafe LGA of Zamfara.
The bandits went to Agama lafiya,
Tsallen kwado, Bamma, Kuka biyu and Baga villages and asked them to pay them for the recent losses they suffered from the troops of Operation Hadarin Daji before they enjoyed any level of peace.
The bandits had suffered human and material damages from the troops who carried out massive attacks and bombardment of their enclaves.
The bandits had made about four attempts to carry out reprisal attacks both during the night and day in Tsafe but were repelled with humiliating defeat on their side.
