Four Suspected Armed Robbery and Kidnapping Gang Members Arrested in Rivers

On August 8, 2025, at about 11:30 a.m., operatives from Bori Division, while on routine patrol along Nkpee Street, Bori, arrested four suspected members of an armed robbery and kidnapping syndicate following a distress call about suspicious activities.
The suspects have been identified as Solomon Chris, Fabulous John, Wisdom Kalongo, and Wisdom Samuel.
Items recovered from the suspects include: One locally made revolver pistol, One live ammunition, A quantity of hard drugs (loud), Criminal charms and One ash-coloured Toyota Sienna.
Sources say investigations are ongoing to track down other members of the gang and recover more operational weapons.
