Gov. Radda escapes unhurt in minor road accident – official

Gov. Dikko Umaru Radda of Katsina State on Sunday evening escaped unhurt in a minor road accident along the Daura–Katsina highway while on official duty.
This was contained in a statement issued in Katsina by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Ibrahim Kaula Mohammed.
According to the statement, the incident occurred as the governor was performing his official responsibilities in service to the people of the state.
“We are pleased to confirm that Governor Radda is in good health and stable condition, with no serious injuries sustained.
“He remains in high spirits and expresses his gratitude to Almighty Allah for His protection, as well as appreciation to Katsina citizens and well-wishers for their prayers and concern,” the statement said.
It assured members of the public that the governor would continue with his scheduled engagements and remains committed to delivering on his mandate.
