ONSA Official’s Vehicle Stolen During Juma’at Prayer in Abuja

The Nigerian Police Force(NPF) FCT Command has launched a manhunt for the suspected thieves who stole an official vehicle belonging to the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA) in Abuja.

Intelligence sources told Zagazola Makama that the incident occurred on April 11 at about 1:05 p.m., when an official with the ONSA, parked the black Toyota Hilux with at Area 10, opposite AMAC, to observe Juma’at prayers.

The sources said that upon returning from the mosque, he discovered that the vehicle had been stolen by unknown persons.

The sources added that the matter was promptly reported to the Garki Division at about 2:00 p.m., prompting the immediate activation of a stop-and-search alert across all entry and exit points in the FCT.

The Command said efforts are being intensified to apprehend the fleeing suspects and recover the stolen vehicle.
