Troops kills two Boko Haram/ISWAP terrorists in Borno
Atleast two Boko Haram/Islamic State of the West African Province(ISWAP) terrorists were killed in an encounter with troops of Operation Hadin Kai in Gamborun Ngala local government area of Borno state,"Zagazola Learnt.
It was gathered that the troops in collaboration with the Civilian Joint Task Force(CJTF), came in contact with some insurgents during fighting patrol.
An Intelligence Officer, told Zagazola Makama, a Counter Insurgency Expert that the troops successfully killed three of the terrorists after a gunbattle while one Civilian JTF personnel was injured.
Two riffles belonging to the terrorists were recovered.
