Nigerian Troops nutrialsed 5 ISWAP terrorists, losses 1 soldier in Yobe

The troops of 27 Task Force Battalion, Sector 2 Operation Hadin Kai, have naturalized five Islamic State of the West African Province(ISWAP) fighters during an aggressive clearance operation in the Nigeria North East of Yobe state.
It was gathered that the terrorists were naturalized during a heavy gun battle with the troops at MULUMTI general area of Buni Gari.
Intelligence sources told Zagazola Makama, a Counter-Insurgency Expert and Security Analyst in the Lake Chad region that the troops overwhelmed the terrorists with superior fire power forcing them to withdraw into the bush.
During the firefight, five terrorists were killed, others are believed to have fled with gunshot wounds, while the troops captured 1 CONQUEROR APC, 4 Ak47 rifles with 4 extra Magazines, 1 GPMG, 1 NSVT GUN 1, Baofeng Radio and 150 Quantities of 12.7 MM rounds among others.
Unfortunately, one soldier paid the supreme price after the troops encountered an Improvised Explosive Device Planted by the terrorists in the withdrawal route of the troops.
