One soldier wounded as troops repel ISWAP attack in Borno

At Least one soldier injured as Troops of Operation Hadin Kai repelled an attack by the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) in Domboa Local Government of Borno state.
It was gathered that the ISWAP fighters attacked the Nigerian troops on the road between Azir to wajiroko awabrum.
Zagazola Makama, a Counter-Insurgency Expert and Security Analyst in the Lake Chad region understands that the ambush was repelled by the troops after a swift firefight.
However, One gunner fell off a camel MRAP and was seriously injured.
